It doesn’t matter whether they include smoking or not. If you consume tobacco, it will affect the health of your teeth. It is best to never start smoking if you have never done it, and if you are a smoker currently, to kick the habit as soon as possible. This will allow your teeth time to heal and can reverse some of the negative health effects.

 

It is best to avoid tobacco in all its forms if possible. This will prevent gum disease and other issues with your oral health.
