Great article! I really hate having the worst cavities that lead to a hole.

I’m really scared to have a cavity because dealing on it is really painful. That’s why I have to be mindful on what I eat and I’m minimizing eating sweets.

I seem to be getting cavities at a much faster rate than I did a few years ago, so thanks for this info. I like your point about minimizing the hard things that you eat. I can see how this might weaken your teeth and create cracks and holes, so I’ll have to be more careful about this.
